Colour and cutting time depend on the head of hair in the chair, so nothing is agreed at a desk afterwards. Every treatment starts with a free consultation — fifteen minutes, no commitment — and you leave it knowing exactly what is involved.

THE UNGLAMOROUS PART
Four things worth knowing before you book. None of them is a surprise on the day.
Deposits
Longer colour appointments hold a deposit against the chair time. It comes straight off the final bill.
Changing a booking
Move or cancel free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we may keep the deposit — the chair stays empty.
Patch tests
Colour and lash work need a patch test at least 48 hours ahead. Book it as a free consultation.
Gift cards
Any amount, valid for a year. Ask at the desk or send a message and we will post one.
