Patch tests
Colour and lash treatments need one 48 hours ahead. We can do it during a consultation.
Running late
Ring us. We will hold the chair as long as the next booking lets us, and tell you honestly when it cannot.
Sensitive skin
Tell us before, not during. Every product line here has a gentler sibling and we would rather use it.
